Strategy + real talk for multi-passionate, ADHD+ women building a business on their own terms.

You’re not here to follow a formula.

I’m a strategist, systems thinker, and second brain for people who don’t fit neatly into boxes — and don’t want to anymore.

I work with multi-hyphenate, neurospicy (or spicy-adjacent), "too-much" women who are building work and life on their own terms… and still feel like something’s off.

Not broken.
Not failing.
Just outgrowing the structures they’re in.

If you’ve ever thought “I know I’m capable of more, but this isn’t fitting the way it used to” — you’re in the right place.
This is my home on the internet.

It’s where my thinking lives, where my work connects, and where you can decide if you want to stay in my world.

I’m Emily.

what I see.

Here’s what I notice — again and again — in businesses and people:

Most aren’t stuck because they’re unskilled or undisciplined.
They’re stuck because they’ve copied strategies that were never designed for their brain, energy, or life.

I see:
  • smart people playing smaller than they need to
  • businesses duct-taped together instead of intentionally designed
  • systems that don’t talk to each other
  • offers that don’t reflect the person behind them
  • revenue leaking quietly because no one stepped back to look at the whole picture

I also see something deeper — especially in neurodivergent women:

Undervaluing lived experience.
Second-guessing instinct.
Measuring themselves against standards that were never built for them.

My work starts there — not with “do this,” but with seeing clearly.

If you’re here…

You’ll probably feel at home here if:

  • you’re multi-passionate, multi-skilled, or hard to summarize in a sentence
  • you value autonomy and freedom more than following rules
  • you think deeply and get stuck inside your own head sometimes
  • you’ve outgrown old versions of your business or career
  • you want strategy that adapts to you — not the other way around

This might not be your place if you want:

  • rigid formulas
  • one-size-fits-all frameworks
  • hustle-for-the-sake-of-it energy
  • someone to tell you exactly what to do without context

Both are okay. Fit matters.

The Ways You Can Be In My World

🎙️ Breakout — The Podcast

There are a few different doors here. You don’t have to walk through all of them.

This is where I talk things through out loud.

Business, systems, identity, unlearning, patterns I see, things that piss me off, things I’m curious about, and the reality of building a life and business that actually fits.

It’s private, voice-note style, and intentionally low-lift — because depth doesn’t need polish.

This is for when you want my brain in your business or life.

Strategy sessions.
Second-brain support.
Async help.
Thinking things through with someone who sees patterns fast and doesn’t freak out in the mess.

No done-for-you tasks.
No hustle culture.
No pretending you have it all figured out first.

For women who live in the nuance, crave depth, and are done being told what they "should" do. Here your business is designed to fit your brain, your energy, and your brilliance.

Come as complex as you are.

glad you're here.

I’ve built and supported businesses from the inside — as a strategist, operator, systems thinker, associate director, and founding team member.

I’ve worked in corporate. I’ve built my own business. I’ve supported clients through launches, rebuilds, plateaus, and expansion seasons.

I also live with a chronic illness. Am late-diagnosed neurodivergent. I'm a verbal processor. A feminist. And someone who doesn’t believe success has to look the same for everyone.

None of that is separate from my work.
It’s why I do it the way I do.

I don’t help people optimize broken systems.
I help them build ones that actually fit.
