Here’s what I notice — again and again — in businesses and people:
Most aren’t stuck because they’re unskilled or undisciplined.
They’re stuck because they’ve copied strategies that were never designed for
their brain, energy, or life.
I see:
- smart people playing smaller than they need to
- businesses duct-taped together instead of intentionally designed
- systems that don’t talk to each other
- offers that don’t reflect the person behind them
- revenue leaking quietly because no one stepped back to look at the whole picture
I also see something deeper — especially in neurodivergent women:
Undervaluing lived experience.
Second-guessing instinct.
Measuring themselves against standards that were never built for them.
My work starts there — not with “do this,” but with
seeing clearly.
